We have lived in our house for a year now and could not be happier. You have made our dream home come to life.
We have received numerous compliments on our home and the quality. We can not begin to thank you enough for
all your time and dedication to our home – not just while it was being built but even this past year. When the
heavy rain came in May and our next door neighbors basement flooded – we were even more thankful for the
time you invested to make sure water would slope away from our house. You were a wonderful builder to work
with and would recommend you over and over again. We would not have been able to afford our house had you not
passed on all your discounts to us. We recently had our house assessed and it came back higher than what we
paid. They told us to thank our builder for the deal we got. I have always been meaning to get this out to
you – I didn’t want another month to go past without saying thank you. If you ever need a reference or someone
